Two of Britain's most beloved brands, Vivienne Westwood and Burberry are collaborating in honour of British style and heritage.
Riccardo Tisci, Burberry's chief creative officer, revealed that he is going to work alongside one of his design inspirations in a post shared to Instagram.
Tisci, who will unveil his first collection for Burberry this September, shared a black-and-white image of himself with Westwood and her husband and design partner, Andreas Kronthaler, writing: "Vivienne was one of the first designers who made me dream to become a designer."
Westwood is famous for her environmental activism, and this collaboration will be in support of Cool Earth, a rainforest charity that works alongside communities against deforestation and its impact on climate change.
It marks the first collaboration for Burberry under Tisci and will launch in December 2018.
